About this Speaker

Lisa Olmstead is an executive vice president in Global Operations and is leading our digital experience transformation project. In this role, she is responsible for customer experience operations for TransUnion, providing direct and matrixed support to align customer journey and process improvements to optimize our customer’s experiences. She also provides strategic oversight for our CRM technology strategy.

Olmstead joined TransUnion in 2010 and has held various technology and operations leadership roles, including senior vice president of business operations, senior vice president of technology transformation - responsible for overseeing all aspects of TransUnion’s multi-year technology transformation program, and most recently senior vice president and International CIO.

Prior to joining TransUnion, she spent more than 12 years in senior roles at ComEd/Exelon and McDonald’s Corporation.

Lisa is an astute business builder and has achieved success by leveraging her technical abilities and operations proficiency. She has a proven track record in diverse accountabilities and is passionate about collaborating with business partners to add value through best-practices. She prides herself in development, coaching and grooming the next generation of talent.

Olmstead received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa. She currently is a board member for Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago and serves as a leading client executive sponsor for Genesys Works Chicago. She also frequently volunteers for Feeding America Illinois.  

Lisa splits her time between Illinois and Florida and is a mom of three. She enjoys reading, entertaining, traveling, and doing home improvement with her husband.
