Dara serves as T-Mobile’s SVP, Chief Accounting Officer (CAO), overseeing the T-Mobile/Sprint finance integration and associated business-led, back office and finance transformation. She also leads the technical, policy, valuation and corporate accounting & control teams, SEC reporting, finance operations, and the finance process, project and program teams. She prides herself as a diverse and inclusive leader, having led L&D and allyship programs across multiple organizations. She serves as an independent director for Lulus and Self Financial Inc. and is on the board of Girls on the Run International.

Dara previously served as CAO at CBRE the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment company, where she lead the global finance organization across the corporate controller group, FP&A, internal and external reporting, global SOX program, corporate and technical accounting, and SEC reporting. In her two and a half years at CBRE, she spearheaded finance innovation and led the finance technology and innovation team, building a global compliance culture and new target operating model. She significantly improved processes and built talent as well as technical infrastructure to optimize performance. Prior to her work at CBRE, Dara was CAO, VP of Finance, and Global Corporate Controller at GAP Inc., and served in Assurance Partner roles at PwC and KPMG in the Consumer, Retail and Technology Industries.
