Alyssa is a Sr. Associate within HR at Spaulding Ridge, with over 7 years of experience in Learning & Development. Her expertise includes creating effective onboarding systems for new employees, building professional development programs to push employee skills and competencies to the next level, and the design and execution of small- to large-scale live trainings for all levels. A passionate facilitator, Alyssa strives to be a positive force while encouraging employees to learn, stretch, and grow within their roles.


At Spaulding Ridge

  • Launched new firm-wide onboarding program that supports the enablement of all new hires
